Volunteers refurbish donated bicycles that are distributed at no cost to schools, nonprofits, and agencies across the Chattanooga Region. Local businesses and bicycle shops serve as donation hubs, and WOBC’s Tennessee Highway Safety Office supported program offers free safety education across Southeast Tennessee.
