Wheels of Opportunity
Access to bicycles can be life-changing. WOBC seeks to support individuals - whether unhoused, recently housed, justice-involved, or in recovery - by partnering directly with organizations and government agencies that serve them. Through these partnerships, WOBC provides free access to bicycles as a pathway to opportunity, economic independence, and well-being.
White Oak Bicycle Cooperative has teamed up with iFixit to provide community partners on-demand access to bicycles for transportation at WOBC’s Bicycle Distribution Center [Bike Box].
BIKE BOX OVERVIEW

Community organizations with a signed partnership agreement with White Oak Bicycle Cooperative can use the Bike Box.

Location: 824 E 12th St, Chattanooga, TN 37403
Access Hours: Bicycles can be picked up by community partners from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Review Guide: Check the Bicycle Guide for the right frame type and height range. Sizes: Cruisers, X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, XL.
Select Bicycle: Choose a bicycle and remove it from the rack.

Bike Box QR Code: Fill out the Bicycle Checkout Form. Ensure all required fields are completed as this helps us keep track of which bicycles have been distributed.
Drop Bicycle Forms in Basket: Before leaving, remove all attached forms and drop them into the designated basket located near the exit.
